§ 1 General Provisions
The data controller is PTAK S.A., with its registered office in Rzgów (ul. Żeromskiego 6, 95-030 Rzgów), entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under KRS number: 0000396803, whose registration files are maintained by the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7282785090, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 101295738. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data is stored on secure servers.
For the interpretation of terms, the glossary in the Terms of Service applies, or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
For the sake of clarity in the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You,” and “Administrator” with “We.” The term “GDPR” refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
We respect your right to privacy and ensure the security of your data. To this end, we use, among other measures, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
Personal data provided in the form on the landing page is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.
§ 2 Data Controller
The Service Provider is the data controller for its customers’ data. This means that if you have an Account on our websites, we process your data, such as your first name, last name, email address, and phone number.
The Service Provider is also the data controller for individuals subscribed to the newsletter and those registered for webinars.
Personal data is processed:
in accordance with data protection regulations,
in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, define the terms of the Agreement, amend or terminate it, and to properly provide the Services electronically,
to the extent and for the purpose necessary to pursue legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), provided that such processing does not infringe upon the rights and freedoms of the data subject,
to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent you have provided if you have subscribed to the newsletter,
to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent you have provided if you have registered for a webinar.
Every data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right to access their data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to restrict its processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or the withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue potential claims in court or if national, EU, or international laws require us to retain the data.
The Service Provider has the right to disclose the User’s personal data and other information to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
Personal data may be deleted as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the filing of a legally valid objection to the processing of personal data.
The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to any entities other than those authorized under applicable law.
We have implemented pseudonymization and data encryption, and we have access controls in place, thereby minimizing the impact of any potential data security breach.
Personal data is processed exclusively by individuals authorized by us or by processors with whom we work closely.
§ 3 Cookies
Our websites use cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by your browser software.
