📄 Rules and Regulations for Participation in the Trends Expo Trade Show

The organizer of the Trends Expo Trade Show is Ptak S.A., headquartered in Rzgów.
2. Purpose and Scope of the Fair
The Trends Expo Fair is a trade and promotional event organized to showcase the offerings of companies operating in the textile, apparel, and related sectors.
3. Participation
A participant in the Fair is a company or individual who has submitted an application to participate and has been accepted by the Organizer.
4. Consent to Use of the Company Name
The participant consents to the Organizer’s use of the name of the company it represents for the purposes of conducting and promoting the Fast Textile Fair, including through:
- publication of the company name in the Organizer’s promotional and informational materials,
- placement of the name on the Organizer’s websites and social media profiles,
This consent is unlimited in terms of time and territory. Its revocation during or after the Fair has no legal effect.
5. Participant’s Obligations
The Participant agrees to comply with the organizational and technical rules in effect at the Fairgrounds, including the instructions of security personnel and the Organizer.
6. Final Provisions
Acceptance of these Rules and Regulations is a condition of participation in the Trends Expo Fair.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Rules and Regulations, which will be published on the Fair’s website.
